My name is Aggie Jendro-Calim, and I am the proud owner of Mark's Auto Repair in Oak Harbor! Voted "Best of Whidbey" seven years running, my shop is built on trust, transparency, and top-tier service. While I honorably served at NAS Whidbey Island as an Aviation Machinist's Mate (AD2(AW)) for five years, Mark was working for local dealerships (yes, we used to have several of them here) in Oak Harbor. He wasn't completely happy with how things were going with his career, so, in 2003, I successfully "persuaded" him to use his extensive automotive repair experience and talents to open a shop in our home garage.
We relocated the shop a couple of times over the years; it has been at its current location since 2014. We have come a long way from those early days in business-in size, location, number of employees, and the technology we use - however, the commitment to quality, service, and integrity in everything we do remains the same.
Sadly, Mark passed away on 1/2/2019, but I, along with my amazing crew, continue to honor Mark's legacy by providing honest, fair, and reputable auto repair services to residents of our Island. I pour my heart and soul into the shop-making the customers AND my employees my number one priority.
